POSITION: Patient Registration Clerk
DIVISION: Community Health Center
WAGES: Grade 8 Hourly Wages ($16.52 - $24.53)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Candidate will perform clerical duties with a high level of data entry with completing Patient Registration by providing information regarding registration and eligibility process; receiving, verifying, and entering data. Schedule Tuesday-Thursday 10:00 am-6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 pm, and Saturday 7:00 am-3:00 pm.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) year Patient Registration experience. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Passing of Health Department’s clerical test.
REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License, with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility or U.S. citizenship.
DESIRED: Bilingual in Spanish.
